C-TRIC is a multi-use flexible facility of approximately 1100 sq metres (12000 sq ft)

C-TRIC provides secure and flexible accommodation for our tenants and offers renewable licenses from a minimum of six months with the option to break on two month’s notice.

Individual units – which can range in size from 20 sq metres to 70 sq metres – come equipped with or have access to:

  • Furnished break-out areas and meeting rooms
  • Cat5e/Cat6 Structured cabling
  • Cisco data network (with PoE)
  • Direct-dial telephones with voicemail (on request)
  • Broadband internet access (4Mbps DIA)

  • Hot and cold water and kitchenette facilities
  • 24-hour access
  • 24-hour security
  • Fire detection/smoke alarm systems

In addition, many of the units at C-TRIC are air conditioned.
Tenants are provided with a wide range of services, some of which are provided under their license agreement and others which are subject to additional charges:

  • Central Reception and Switchboard
  • Photocopying
  • Fax handling
  • Post handling
  • Furnishing, heating, cleaning and lighting of all communal areas
  • External window cleaning
  • Refuse disposal
  • Management and maintenance of the buildings
  • Up-keep of the landscaped C-TRIC grounds

  • IP/ISDN Video Conferencing Facility

  • Conference Telephone
  • Electronic security systems, CCTV and security patrols

Provision of comprehensive services allows tenants to concentrate on their businesses without the distractions of non-core, property-related issues.
