C-TRIC is a multi-use flexible facility of approximately 1000 sq metres(9000 sq ft)

C-TRIC provides secure and flexible accommodation for our tenants and offers renewable licenses from a minimum of six months with the option to break on two month's notice.

Individual units - which can range in size from 20 sq metres to 70 sq metres - come equipped with or have access to:

In addition, many of the units at C-TRIC are air conditioned.
Tenants are provided with a wide range of services, some of which are provided under their license agreement and others which are subject to additional charges:

•  Furnishing, heating, cleaning and lighting of all communal areas

Provision of comprehensive services allows tenants to concentrate on their businesses without the distractions of non-core, property-related issues.
